Welcome to Beep Beep Toot and its associated businesses to include but not limited to, Beep Beep Bus, Beep Beep Travel, Beep Beep Courier Deliveries, Beep Beep Camper, RELOC8IT, Cairns Airport Bus, Cairns Airport Shuttle Bus, Port Douglas Shuttle Bus, Gay Travel & LGBT Travel (Formally Xtreme Travel Group), is 100% locally owned and operated (Website Travel Pty Ltd / (Hero Travel PTY Supplier Agreement, specific TRAVEL TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD ABN 53 169 198 501 OTA T&C's apply)
Beep Beep Toot is a passenger transportation platform provided through the Beep Beep Toot services with general business hours between 6am to 8pm Monday to Sunday (Reservations 9am to 330pm Monday to Sunday) On-Demand hours may differ and or by appointment, provides transportation services including services generated thru the (“Beep Beep Toot”) website, APP and or other services utalised to connect Beep Beep Toot users that are looking for a ride (“Riders”) with Beep Beep Toot users and users that may be headed in the same direction (“Drivers”), both of them willing to share a ride.
Rides are provided by (i) Beep Beep Toot, with locations in Cains and Port Douglas and surrounding townships of Far North Queensland Australia.
By using Beep Beep Toot, you are agreeing to:
(collectively, the “Terms”).
Beep Beep Toot IS A PLATFORM SERVICE THAT CONNECTS DRIVERS AND RIDERS WHO ARE WILLING TO SHARE A VEHICLE AND WHERE RIDERS ARE BE REQUIRED TO PAY THE DRIVER A FEE IN CONTRIBUTION TOWARDS THE DRIVER COSTS (SUCH AS PETROL, TOLL LANES, ETC.) IN CONNECTION WITH SUCH RIDE (AS THIS TERM IS DEFINED BELOW) MADE BY THE DRIVER. ALL Beep Beep Toot ARRANGEMENTS MADE THROUGH Beep Beep Toot ARE BETWEEN RIDERS AND DRIVERS. Beep Beep Toot IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY Beep Beep Toot AGREEMENTS. Beep Beep Toot DOES NOT REPRESENT OR ENDORSE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
1 THE ACTIONS, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF ANY Beep Beep Toot USER;
2 THE TRUTH OR ACCURACY OF ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED BY A Beep Beep Toot USER; OR
3 A Beep Beep Toot USER’S COMPLIANCE WITH THE TERMS OR ANY APPLICABLE LAW. Beep Beep Toot DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR THE ACTIONS, ERRORS OR OMISSIONS OF Beep Beep Toot USERS.
Using Beep Beep Toot
You may only use Beep Beep Toot to arrange a jointly use of a car by a Driver and one or more Riders (a “Ride”). You may not use Beep Beep Toot to provide or procure any other services (such as package deliveries) nor to engage in commercial services with out the intent of use the Beep Beep Toot platform service provides.
Service times are an approximate scheduled pick up time and availability is not live, therefore the requested time may not be available until you receive booking confirmation stating "confirmed" by a Beep Beep Toot driver. Beep Beep Toot and or Beep Beep Toot drivers can not guarantee on time passenger pick up or drop off at destination of which may be disrupted by environmental, weather and other conditions affecting scheduled and or envisaged normal service(s).
Misuse of Beep Beep Toot
You may use ride me only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. Don’t misuse Beep Beep Toot. For example:
1 Don’t interfere with Beep Beep Toot or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide; and
2 Respect the privacy of your fellow users. In particular, do not misuse personal information about Riders or Drivers that you may access through your use of the Service.
3 Don’t create or use multiple accounts to abuse Beep Beep Toot policies, circumvent filters, or otherwise subvert restrictions placed on your account. For example, if you’ve been blocked by another user or have had your account disabled due to abuse, don’t create a replacement account.
4 You agree not to use Beep Beep Toot for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, or otherwise in violation of applicable law and regulation.
We may suspend or stop providing services to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
5 The safety of our passengers and drivers is the highest priority of Beep Beep Toot, therefore per our terms and conditions please read your requirements to travel in our vehicles https://beepbeeptoot.com.au/social-distancing-policy
Effective Monday 13 December 2021, It is a requirement that you are double vaccinated and advise us prior to travel if you have been in a COVID described Hotspot within the last 21 days, if you are to home quarantine and if you are required to undertake a COVID CHECK, as Beep Beep Toot and its associated businesses reserves the right to refuse service and terminate a booking if you have not complied with our terms and conditions of use .
Upon entering our vehicles you must show proof of your double vaccination and sign in using the Queensland Government Check In App.
Beep Beep Toot reserves the right not to take any persons to a medical business or hospital unless they are a front line worker with a valid identification / permit and or utalise our covid specific vehicle. All travelers must comply with current directive(s) from Qld health, which may include but not limited to wearing of face masks at all times whilst in and around vehicle (unless stated by regulation, the requirement to wear a face mask is at the discretion of the driver), the use of sanitiser upon entering and exiting vehicle and stowage of own luggage into vehicle and or trailer. If you are required to have a COVID test and or you are enquiring about a COVID transfer, you must advise our reservations team of your intent and you are obligated to be transferred in a medical specific transfer vehicle. Persons utlaising our services whom are seeking medical attention for COVID-19 or display symptoms are required to notify us and or our reservations team and utalise our specific COVID friendly service* to ensure risks are minimised. Beep Beep Toot reserves the right not to take any persons to a medical business or hospital unless they are a front line worker with a valid identification / permit and or utalise a covid specific vehicle.
6 If Beep Beep Toot and its associated businesses, associates and or the Driver believes that a passenger has not taken appropriate precautions as stated in our Social Distancing Policy , are confirmed COVID patients, is intoxicated, agressive, utalises offensive behavior / words and or the Driver cannot provide a safe service, then Beep Beep Toot, its associates and the Driver reserve the right to and will refuse or terminate the trip and reserve the right to take further action to remedy negligence caused on the passenger(s) and or your behalf .
6 By Accepting our service(s) you agree that you have downloaded, installed and are utalising the Australian Government COVID Safe App, read and agree to our terms and conditions, Social Distance Policy and that you have not traveled and or been in the state of Victoria or an outbreak area being outside a described "bubble" with the sate of Queensland within 21 days of utalising our service https://beepbeeptoot.com.au/social-distancing-policy and aknowledge for the safety and security of both our drivers and passengers our vehicle(s) are fitted with in-car front and rear dash cams and that drivers may be accompanied by another team member for all transfers.
Using ride me does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in Beep Beep Toot or the content you access. You may not use content from ride me unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in Beep Beep Toot. Don’t remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with Beep Beep Toot.
Third Party Content
ride me displays some content that is not ours. This content is the sole responsibility of the entity that makes it available. We may review content to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies, and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily mean that we review content, so please don’t assume that we do.
In connection with your use of Beep Beep Toot, we may send you notifications, service announcements, administrative messages, promotions and other information, via email, SMS, and other channels. You may opt out of any or all of those communications (other than important communications relating to your account or confirmations) at any time.
Safe Use of the Service
Beep Beep Toot is available on mobile devices. Do not use Beep Beep Toot in a way that distracts you or prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
Arranging a Ride
Please be considerate when using Beep Beep Toot. When you schedule a Ride with another Beep Beep Toot user, you are committing to meet that user at a specified location at a certain time and agreeing to share a Ride with that user, so be sure you want to share the Ride before requesting or accepting it, and make best efforts to be at the meeting point on time.
Driver Eligibility Criteria
If you are a Driver and want to provide Rides through Beep Beep Toot , you must:
• Unless due to un circumstantial situations and or otherwise approved by Beep Beep Toot, Drivers must provide each rider of Private Car Servcie(s) (excluding local shuttle and or Ride-Share service(s)) with a cold bottle of unopened spring water to contain not less that 250ml of spring water and in car wifi being at the drives cost.
Hold a valid driving license for the area in which you are driving;
Hold a valid Booked Hire License for the are in which your are driving;
Hold a valid Drivers Authorisation for the area in which your are driving;
Hold upto date comprehensive motor vehilce insurance;
Hold the correct class of CTP insurance (third party ride share coverage)
• Drive safely and in accordance with all applicable driving rules and laws;
• Ensure your vehicle is roadworthy, and has all certifications required by law;
• Have appropriate insurance coverage for all rides and any accidents that may occur during a ride, including without limitation personal injury protection insurance coverage for your vehicle with no less than the minimum limits required by applicable law;
• Only provide rides of a business purposes;
• Not use Beep Beep Toot to provide rides on motorcycles.
You agree to not misrepresent in any way, whether material or not, any aspect of your identity, background, credentials, regulated status or professional standing when using ride me. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions in which you provide or offer to provide Rides. If your offer or provision of a Ride requires a license or other regulatory approval, you must first obtain that license or approval and remain in good standing before offering or providing the Ride.
Beep Beep Toot may not display your Ride offers to Beep Beep Toot users in certain cases, including when Beep Beep Toot finds them in breach of the Beep Beep Toot Terms, policies or the applicable law.
Information Shared With Riders
The following information may be visible to other users in Beep Beep Toot to help connect you with Riders:
• As we will ask for a face picture of yourself, We may display your name and ride me profile picture in all rides offered by yorself;
• Your email domain;
• Your vehicle make, model, colour and registration identifier (license plate);
• How long you have been a Beep Beep Toot user;
• The number of rides you have completed as a Rider and as a Driver; and
• The number of times you have been thanked in connection with a ride by other ride me users.
• When you were last active on Beep Beep Toot .
• Information from your social network accounts, in case you have chosen to integrate your account with your social networks, including by signing onto Beep Beep Toot account by using your social network.
• Other profile information that you have added or that is shown on your profile screen.
In addition, while you are en route to pick up a Rider and for the duration of each Ride, Beep Beep Toot may share your current location and your estimated time of arrival at the agreed pickup location with the applicable Rider.
Verifying Driver Details
Although Beep Beep Toot may in some instances attempt to verify certain information provided by Drivers, Beep Beep Toot has no obligation to do so and makes no representations regarding the accuracy of such verification. It is your responsibility to verify the identity, qualifications and status of a Driver.
Information Shared With Drivers and Riders
The following information may be visible to other users in Beep Beep Toot to help connect you with Drivers and other Riders:
• The ride you have requested;
• Your name and Beep Beep Toot profile picture;
• Your email domain;
• How long you have been a Beep Beep Toot application user;
• The number of Rides you have completed as a Rider and as a Driver; and
• The number of times you have been thanked in connection with a Ride by other Beep Beep Toot users.
• When you were last active on Beep Beep Toot.
• Information from your social network accounts, in case you have chosen to integrate your account with your social networks, including by signing onto Beep Beep Toot account by using your social network (if available).
• Other profile information that you have added or that is shown on your profile screen.
Drivers may decide to provide a Ride for free. Any terms and conditions that apply to paid Rides will apply to free Rides, except with respect to payment-related matters. In the event the driver provides a ride for free, Beep Beep Toot will generate a minimum service fee of $0.50 and service user fee of 12.5% from the Payment.
If a Driver chooses not to provide a Ride for free, the Rider must pre-pay the Driver’s costs as specified by the driver to Beep Beep Toot and upon when purchasing the fare or ride share costs (gas, toll lanes, vehicle depreciation, etc.) in connection with such Ride, and the Driver and Rider are mutually agreed on the amount that has to be pre-paid to the driver before the Ride is confirmed (the “Payment”).
If Driver has enough seats, Driver may pick up multiple Riders and each make payment for the Driver’s fare or rideshare costs. The amount to be paid between each Rider and the Driver may vary depending on whether other Riders join or leave the Driver’s rideshare. As a result, the Payment for each Rider may decrease if other Riders join the ride-share.
RADIUS FEE on Private, Ride Share and Shuttle Transfer services outside our included zone map will incur additional fees
Additional stop requests will incur a fee of $10 per destination / per 5 minutes
OUTSIDE STANDARD HOURS
Standard hours are 6am to 7pm and transfers outside these hours, including transfers already commenced and or scheduled will incur the following fee(s) 7pm-10pm & 3am -6am $50 surcharge / 10pm-3am $100 surcharge. Transfers between 7pm and before 6am are available only by private transfer.
A additional 50% tariff / surcharge will be applied to public holidays.
One large suitcase and or backpack and one carry on per person is allowed for all transfers. A $5 tariff per extra luggage unit is applicable at the drivers discretion if you want to transport more than one large suitcase per person (item is around 74 cm or 27 inches in height and has a capacity of up to 117 litres) and you must pre-reserve additional luggage room.
Bike Transfer $25 per bicycle (bikes must be assembled, complete in condition and allocations are subject to availbility).
PET Transfer - All bookings must be pre-requested. $25 per small dog or cat (small dog breed like malteese and or similar) or $45 for a larger dog, must travel with owner and or guardian in a pet caged carrier and are not allowed to travel on laps. A cleaning fee and or pest treatment fee of $100 will be charged if your pet has a misshap and or deep cleaning inclusive of flea treatment is required.
Travel & Tour: prices are subject to operator change(s) and may differ to the advertised price as displayed on this website.
Courier Service : Beep Beep Courier (BBC) is is subject to deliveries by Beep Beep Beep Toot scheduled runs & availability. BBC will not accept but not limited to the following items : Firearms, Bleach/Oven Cleaner, Ammunition, fireworks, CO2 gas, Paint stripper, Pepper spray, Butane/gas bottles, Fuel/oil-based paint, Dry ice, Car/motorbike batteries, Gas cannister, Engines, Flares/gunpowder, Heat producing devices, food/refridgerated items etc
Cash Payments and Credit Card Processing Fee
As of 1st July 2020, all service prices are payable in cash (Australian currency) all bookings and or services where payment is made with credit or debit cards will incur a manual square processing payment fee of $1 for amounts upto $20 and amounts greater than $20 incur a payment fee of 2.9%* per booking and transaction* (for Square processing systems) and Local / Town Shuttle will incur an online booking / payment fee of 5.5%* (for Stripe processing systems) . Telephone and Internet booking request require pre-payment to confirm your booking, therefore our reservations team member will ask you for payment by bank deposit (screen shot must be provided to reservations) and or a credit card number, expiry date and ccv or cvv provided to secure the booking, If you choose to pay Cash on the Day then we will ask fro a credit card to hold on file for cancellation purposes (see cancellation terms) in the event you are unable to provide the details require your booking will not be processed and will b be cancelled. (Approved travel and hotel agents are not subject to the pre-payment terms)
Any payments (including payment requests and transfers) must be made exclusively through the Beep Beep Toot platform(s).
Riders are obligated to pre-pay Drivers before the Ride is confirmed. A Ride is completed after the Driver drops the Rider off at the requested drop-off point, using Beep Beep Toot , and each of the Driver and Rider have submitted feedback in connection with the Ride by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Referrals and Promos
Referral program - eligibility: We may give you the opportunity to refer eligible individuals to join Beep Beep Toot as Drivers or RIders. To be eligible to participate in a referral program as a referrer, you must:
1 Be a legal resident of your country;
2 Be the age of majority in the country where you reside; and
3 Have a Beep Beep Toot account and be in good standing with regards to his rideshare account. If you violate the Terms, Beep Beep Toot may suspend or terminate your ability to participate in a referral program.
Invite, Referral or Promo Codes: We may provide you with a unique code to distribute to potential new Beep Beep Toot Drivers or Riders. These codes are owned by Beep Beep Toot . Beep Beep Toot may at any time (a) limit the number of codes that are made available to you or (b) reclaim, deactivate, invalidate or terminate your code under certain circumstances, including in cases of potential breach to the applicable law, Beep Beep Toot Terms, or to protect third party rights or the public.
How to Refer Drivers and Riders: To refer Drivers or Riders, the person must:
1 Have never been a Driver or a Rider previously on Beep Beep Toot ;
2 Meet all eligibility requirements to be a Driver or Rider on Beep Beep Toot ; and
3 Satisfy any additional invite, referral or promo requirements.
You may refer drivers by:
1 Sending Beep Beep Toot and email email@example.com Beep Beep Toot may generate an automatic invitation text or email which you may choose to use in order to invite a person you wish to refer via a third party service (such as email service, social network service). Note that the invitation will be sent by you and not by Beep Beep Toot . If your invitee clicks on the link in your SMS or email, the code will automatically be applied to the new user’s account. YOU REPRESENT THAT YOU HAVE THE NECESSARY CONSENT FROM YOUR REFEREE TO SEND THE CODE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
Beep Beep Toot Payments
Payments are processed by Beep Beep Toot Payment Provider or equivalent Beep Beep Toot Payments entity, depending on your country. In order to pay (if you are a Rider) or receive the Reimbursement (if you are a Driver), you will need to sign up for a Beep Beep Toot Payment Account and agree to the payment terms as issued to you upon joining. Please ensure that you read those terms carefully before agreeing to them and making any purchase.
Payment Processing Methods
Beep Beep Toot may make available to you various payment processing methods to facilitate Beep Beep Toot related payments. You must abide by any relevant terms and conditions or other legal agreement, whether with Beep Beep Toot , or a third party, that governs your use of a given payment processing method. Beep Beep Toot may add or remove payment processing methods at its sole discretion and without notice to you. If you are a Rider, once a Ride is complete, Beep Beep Toot or Beep Beep Toot payment processor may charge your credit card or other form of payment that you indicate for the Payment for the Ride, along with any additional applicable amounts (including any taxes, if applicable). You are solely responsible for all taxes, rights, contributions and other amounts payable associated with Rides you obtain through Beep Beep Toot .
If you are a Driver, your accumulated Reimbursements will be paid to you once per week or more frequently as permitted by the Beep Beep Toot platform. You will need to sign up for a Beep Beep Toot Payment Account in order to be paid. To ensure proper payment, you are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and payment information in your Account.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, Beep Beep Toot (or the applicable payment processor) will not be obligated to settle Reimbursements to you:
(i) for any Rides for which ride me has not received full settlement in final available funds from the Rider.
If Beep Beep Toot is holding funds you are entitled to in accordance with these terms and ride me is unable to contact you and has no record of your use of the service for several years, Applicable Law may require Beep Beep Toot to report these funds as unclaimed property. If this occurs, Beep Beep Toot will try to locate you at the email address shown in our records, but if ride me is unable to locate you, it may be required to deliver any such funds to the applicable state or entity as unclaimed property. ride me reserves the right to deduct a dormancy fee or other administrative charges from such unclaimed funds, as permitted by Applicable Law.
Compliance with Tax Laws
You must comply with any and all applicable tax laws, including the reporting and payment of any taxes arising in connection with your use of Beep Beep Toot or payments made through Beep Beep Toot. The reporting and payment of any such applicable taxes are your responsibility.
Drivers are responsible for determining if the Reimbursement is taxable, and for remitting taxes to the appropriate tax authority. Riders must pay for Rides without any reduction for Taxes. ”Taxes” means any duties, customs fees, or taxes (other than income tax) associated with providing Rides, including any related penalties or interest.
Reimbursements and Charge backs
Beep Beep Toot is not responsible for any fraudulent use of Beep Beep Toot or for any charge backs, reversals or other failure of a Rider to pay any payment or amount. Where a Rider charges back or otherwise reverses a transaction, Drivers agree to return any corresponding amount already provided by Beep Beep Toot . Beep Beep Toot may set off any amounts owed to Drivers against any amounts that Driver owes (for example, as a result of charge backs or reversals).
eCards and Multi-trip Town Shuttle transfer Cards
$1 per ride multi-trip Town Shuttle transfer card. Travel one-way within the Port Douglas Loop (Macrossan, Davidson and Wharf streets) just $1 per person / per ride with Beep Beep Toot ($1 equals x1 one-way transfer per person). Cease effective as of 1/1/21
20% OFF CAIRNS, PALM COVE, PORT DOUGLAS & LOCAL ATTRACTIONS* GORGE, HARTLEYS, SKYRAIL & DISCOUNT 20% OFF Return Is Applicable For Our Shuttle & Private Transfer Fare(s)
If you have pre-booked a return shuttle thru our online site "checkout services" or by phone / email for "Private Transfer" in single transaction, our Reservations team will manually refund or deduct 20% off your transfer.
In the event you choose to cancel the return leg of your transfer you automatically void the 20% discount given, you may be refunded the difference being subject to the cancellation terms.
Offer only applies to online bookings made only thru our online booking platform "checkout.services" or effective from 1/1/22 for by phone / email for "Private Transfer", excludes any other promotion*, On-Demand Shuttle & Transfer(s), Town or Local Shuttle, Seniors & Veterans Card Holders*, Google Promo Codes, "Day Trips", "todays deals", group rates etc). In the event you choose to pay by card on or before the day of pick up then the discount is void and will be processed at the full fare and or if you choose to cancel the return transfer you automatically void the 20% discount given, you may be refunded the difference being subject to the cancellation terms.
SENIORS & VETERANS / GOOGLE DISCOUNT
10% Discount Applies* when two (2) or more eligible passengers, travel, book and pay together in one transaction, available on our Shuttle & Private Transfers when you advise at point of booking and upon presenting a valid Seniors Pensioner concession card number or Google promo code* / website code* and or Veterans Card Number* If travelling with a non card holder then the rate calculated is on a single person rate (Not Applicable with any other discount or promotion, or for Airport to Cairns Shuttle, Group Booking, Mates Rates Specials, Child Fare & Seats, Public Holiday or After Hours Fee(s))
PORT DOUGLAS TOWN SHUTTLE (VIP) $5 transfers, Available as a pre-booked service for our Palm Cove, Cairns and Airport Transfer Customers who are holidaying in Port Douglas and quote their booking reference number to access this special service.
All other promotions have ceased and or expired
Complementary Water is provided and or available on private transfers as provided by the driver (x1 upto 600ml bottle of water, refresher towels and chocolates) and is subject to availability. Not applicable for same day return transfers, passengers whom utalsie a discounted or "last minute ride" promotion, excludes private bus transfers 4-5 and 6-10 persons and is subject to inclusion availability
Special Assistance, Children & Adolecence, Infants, Pets and Cleaning fee's :
Where possible Beep Beep Toot and its associated businesses and partners, will where possible assist persons with but not limited to persons with special requests, hearing and seeing compromised and or other requirements. Beep Beep Toot vehicles do not permit and or allow pets to be transported in our vehicles with the acception to persons whom hold a visual impairment card and or pets transported in pet carriers and or being subject to our approval without. Persons under the age of 17 years must be accompanied by an responsible adult and or guardian. All children under the age of 7 years must be seated in a child seat and or restraint unless the child is to tall to fit into such. Beep Beep Toot vehicles are not fitted and or do not supply infant seating restraints (children under the age of 6 months) and if required are to be suppllied by the passenger(s) or the infant being less than 6 months of age may be carried by the passenger. Child Seat Hire will be available from 1/12/20 fro $5 per Child Seat / one way travel.
Persosn whom have intentionally and or indirectly caused damage(s) to the vehicle requireing cleaning and or sanitisation will be charged a cleaning fee of $100 and or if the damage r additioanl cleaning or fixing to remediate the cause the passenger(s) will be charged additioanl costs.
To have access to the "Agent" platform you must be a registered business being either or a accommodation provider (hostel, motel, hostel), travel agent or Not For Profit community service (NPO) and you must utalise a business name email account
Agent Commission: Effective 1 January 2022 Agents receive 20% commission on the base oneway fare as advertised on our price list(s), excludes any after hours and public holiday fee and any other discount. To utalise this service you must must be a business. Approved Agent take payment in full and will be invoiced, payable within 7 days of travel.
Booking Request & Payment Links
Any booking request and or confirmation where a payment link has been generated and issued to the requestor, must be paid in-full prior to travel and or by 8pm AEST on the day of issue (which ever comes first) by quoting your booking reference number, failure to pay by the due time will result in the seat / transfer being cancelled
Any and all any quotes issued are only valid in form of email as issued by Beep Beep Toot associated business(s) and or accounting systems (verbal correspondence is not valid) for 7 days from submittance.

Is valid for use within 56 days of travel from the initial departure date. Unless stated otherwise any cancellation or amendment to a return booking, each transfer will be charged at the full one-way price.
Cancellations, Amendment to Bookings & Travel Insurance
Customers : Unless stated otherwise (with the exception to Town Shuttle Services) any cancellation and or amendment to a booking within 23 hours and 59 minutes of the confirmed pick up time / date where a payments has been made will result in being void and non-refundable and cancellations and or amendment to a booking outside 24 hours^ of the confirmed pick up time / date where a payments has been made will result in store credit and valid for use within 12 months of the original booking date - Appliciable for and all pre existing bookings prior to 5th December 2020. and or 3 January per email terms and conditions
Effective from 3 January 2021 Policy Update (Requests received by phone call, booking enquiry form and ir and or time and date stamped email) Cancellation and or Booking Amendments :
within within 3 day or 0-72 Hours of travel or pick up time and date will result in Void and Non-Refundable booking and full payment required,
Within 7 days or between 73 and 168: Cancellation and or Booking Amendments within 7 days (between 73-168 hours) of travel or pick up time and date will result in 50% surcharge payment required,
Beyond 7 days or 169 hours :Cancellation and or Booking Amendments beyond 7 days (exceeding 169 hours) of travel result in full refund.
Town Shuttle Service Cancellations must be requested by calling reservations 0730406272, within within 1 day or 0-24 Hours of travel or pick up time and date will result in Void and Non-Refundable booking and full payment required.
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance which Can Cover Flight Delays, Medical Emergencies, Lost Or Stolen Luggage and shuttle costs incurred by cancelled and delayed flights or missed shuttle departure time, as unfortunately if you miss your shuttle departure time due but not limited to; missed, cancelled, significantly* delayed flights and or you have not checked out of your accommodation on time, you will forfeit your booking per cancellation terms and conditions. (*Denotes Significantly delayed, meaning which causes the disruption to our timetable service(s) and or to other passengers whereby we can not delay the departure time and or relocate you to another service scheduled and or as services determined to be scheduled and operational 24 hours prior to a departure date and or time).
COVID-19 cancellations: If state government announces a border closure which makes your direct travel impossible, we will offer you a choice for either: 100% refund or a credit valid for 12 months. Unless a state government announced the border restrictions which makes your direct travel impossible outside 48 hours prior to your travel date & time, allowing you adequate time to contact our team, of which the general cancellation terms apply
Any and or all refunds where a credit card processing fee was charged, the fee portion will not be refunded
Delays, Services Changes and Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend Travel Insurance which Can Cover Flight Delays, Medical Emergencies, Lost Or Stolen Luggage and shuttle costs incurred by cancelled and delayed flights as unfortunately if you miss your shuttle departure time due but not limited to; cancelled, significantly* delayed flights and or waiting on results from your departure location for PCR test results, you will forfeit your booking per cancellation terms and conditions. (*Denotes Significantly delayed, meaning which causes the disruption to our timetable service(s) and or to other passengers whereby we can not delay the departure time and or relocate you to another service scheduled and or as services determined to be scheduled and operational 24 hours prior to a departure date and or time).
If your flight and or bus is scheduled to arrive between 6am and 7am, is delayed and arrives between 7pm and 6am and or our transportation departs within 7pm and 6am, after hours rates will apply.
Beep Beep Toot and its associated businesses and affiliates, recommend you have adequate and or s travel insuriance to cover loss to include but not limited to airfares, accommodation costs and wages, resulting from delays affecting your transfer to include but not limited to acts of god, accidents, landslides or any unforeseen circumstance which prevents our transportation from arriving at its destination within the expected arrival time.
Approved Agents: Unless stated otherwise any cancellation and or amendment to a booking within 72 hours of the customers confirmed pick up time / date will result in being void, non-refundable and an invoice raised requiring payment in full.
Any disputes relating to Rides and ride sharing agreements are between Riders and Drivers. Beep Beep Toot is under no obligation to resolve disputes between Beep Beep Toot users. If a Rider and Driver resolve a dispute in the Rider’s favor, ride me may deduct the value of any overpaid Reimbursement from future Reimbursements due to the Driver.
In order to use Beep Beep Toot , you may be required to provide information about yourself, including your name, phone number, and email address. If you are a Driver, you will also be required to provide your vehicle’s details, and you agree that Beep Beep Toot may import all of this information from your Beep Beep Toot profile. You agree that any such information that you provide in connection with Beep Beep Toot will always be accurate, correct and up to date. In some cases, we may ask you to send us additional information or to answer additional questions to help us verify your identity.
You may be required to add personal photo to your Profile. Please use reasonable care and common sense in what you scan or store as photos. pie me is not liable for user-added photos, including photos containing personally identifiable or other sensitive information, or for errors resulting from scanning or storing of a photo. Adding photos that are unlawful, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable may result in the suspension of your access to the service, in Beep Beep Toot sole discretion.
In addition, in order to make or receive payments through ride me, you may be required to provide Beep Beep Toot . with payment details if you are a Rider (such as credit card number and expiration date) and bank account information if you are a Driver. To protect your privacy, your payment and bank account details may not be stored on Beep Beep Toot systems but rather on a third party online payment gateway that assists Beep Beep Toot in the authentication, authorization, charge and maintenance of your payment and bank account details. This is with the provision that such gateway is subject to applicable standards and regulations with respect to the holding of personal information and the processing of online payments.
Some features of Beep Beep Toot may make use of detailed location and route information, for example in the form of GPS signals and other information sent by the mobile device on which you use Beep Beep Toot . These features cannot be provided without this technology.
Your Content in Beep Beep Toot
Beep Beep Toot may allow you to upload, submit, store, send or receive content. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in that content. In short, what belongs to you stays yours.

Other than as expressly set out in these terms, ride me does not make any specific promises about Beep Beep Toot . For example, we don’t make any commitments about the content within Beep Beep Toot , the specific functions of Beep Beep Toot or its reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. Beep Beep Toot is provided “AS IS”.
Some jurisdictions provide for certain warranties, like the implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the extent permitted under applicable law, we exclude all warranties.
All ride share agreements made through ride me are between Riders and Drivers. By providing the Beep Beep Toot platform, Beep Beep Toot acts solely as an intermediary and does not enter any ride sharing agreements itself. Beep Beep Toot does not vet, approve nor exert control over Beep Beep Toot users.
Liability for Beep Beep Toot
When permitted by law, Beep Beep Toot and Beep Beep Toot suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues or data, financial losses or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages.
You agree that Beep Beep Toot will have no responsibility or liability for:
1 The actions, errors or omissions of any Beep Beep Toot user;
2 The truth or accuracy of any information provided by any Beep Beep Toot user;
3 The compliance by any Beep Beep Toot user with these terms or applicable laws.
To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of Beep Beep Toot and its suppliers and distributors for any claims under these terms, including for any implied warranties, is limited to $1 AUD (or its equivalent in local currency).
In all cases, Beep Beep Toot and its suppliers and distributors will not be liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

If you do not comply with these terms, and we don’t take action right away, this doesn’t mean that we are giving up any rights that we may have (such as taking action in the future).
If it turns out that a particular term is not enforceable, this will not affect any other terms.
The laws and or any applicable conflict of laws rules, will apply to any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services, all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the Services will be litigated exclusively in the federal or state courts, and you and ride me consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Notwithstanding the prior sentence, we recognize that the courts in some countries will not apply to certain disputes. If you reside in one of those countries, then where law is excluded from applying, your country’s laws will apply to such disputes (contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or relating to these terms or the Service. Similarly, if the courts in your country will not permit you to consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the courts, then your local jurisdiction and venue will apply to such disputes.
Either party may apply to any court for an injunction or other relief to protect its intellectual property rights.
